DXC Analytics is focused on providing customers with innovative solutions and high added value in the following areas: Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Information Governance, Business Intelligence Data Management, Artificial Intelligence and IoT Analytics. The role owns the end-to-end technical architecture of AI solutions, guiding technology choices and acting as the key technical reference point for clients and delivery teams. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign AI solutions by collaborating with clients to understand their business requirements and challenges. /li liDefine the technical architecture of AI solutions, ensuring scalability, security and maintainability. /li liLead the development and implementation of AI solutions, including LLM, machine learning models, natural language processing, and computer vision applications. /li liGuide technology choices and validation solutions proposed by the delivery team. /li liProduce and maintain architectural documentation (diagrams, ADRs, design docs). /li liWork closely with the sales team to support presales activities, including creating technical proposals, presenting solutions to clients and providing guidance on implementation strategies. /li liAct as the technical interface with clients for the definition of non-functional requirements and solution validation. /li liProvide cross-project technical support on AI/Gen AI architecture topics. /li liStay up to date on the latest trends and developments in the AI field, leveraging this knowledge to drive innovation in our solutions.



/li liContribute to the hiring process through technical interviews. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liProven experience in designing and developing AI solutions. /li liStrong expertise in GenAI development methodologies, frameworks, and best practices. /li liAdvanced architecture expertise, with the ability to design end-to-end solutions and evaluate technical trade-offs (performance, cost, security). /li liStrong expertise in multi-agent architecture and agent-to-agent collaboration patterns (A2A, MCP). /li liExperience with machine learning frameworks and tools. /li liProblem-solving skills applied to complex, non-standard solutions. /li liStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. /li liContinuous update on emerging AI technologies and architecture patterns. /li /ul h3Nice to Have /h3 ul liKnowledge or experience in financial services projects and consulting firms. /li liArchitecture certifications (e.g. AWS/Azure AI or Solution Architect, Databricks). /li liExperience in multi-project/multi-client environments. /li /ul pLocation: Milan with lavoro da remoto possibility.
