This end‑to‑end model is powered by our four manufacturing sites - Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) - together with our Virtual Plant network of external partners. /ph3This is what you will do /h3pThe Training Competence Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving the Site HSE Training Competence Program while supporting the implementation and governance of the Site HSE Management System. /ppThe role ensures that employees, contractors and visitors receive the appropriate HSE training according to their roles and responsibilities and that HSE procedures, standards and documentation are effectively developed, maintained and deployed across the site. /ppDuring the site start-up phase, the position will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the HSE Management System. As the organization evolves, responsibilities will be periodically reviewed to ensure alignment with the site's operational maturity and business needs. /ppSupport the implementation of the site's Major Accident Prevention Policy (MAPP) and Safety Management System (SMS) by ensuring that all personnel,
