Global TechOpS oversees the entire lifecycle of the drug: from process optimization and industrialization, to manufacturing, engineering, quality oversight, and supply chain management. This end‑to‑end model is powered by our four manufacturing sites - Parma (IT), Blois (FR), Santana de Parnaíba (BR), and Nerviano (IT) - together with our Virtual Plant network of external partners. /ph3This is what you will do /h3pThe Training Competence Specialist is responsible for developing, implementing and continuously improving the Site HSE Training Competence Program while supporting the implementation and governance of the Site HSE Management System. /ppThe role ensures that employees, contractors and visitors receive the appropriate HSE training according to their roles and responsibilities and that HSE procedures, standards and documentation are effectively developed, maintained and deployed across the site. /ppDuring the site start-up phase, the position will also be responsible for coordinating the implementation of the HSE Management System. As the organization evolves, responsibilities will be periodically reviewed to ensure alignment with the site's operational maturity and business needs. /ppSupport the implementation of the site's Major Accident Prevention Policy (MAPP) and Safety Management System (SMS) by ensuring that all personnel,
contractors and relevant stakeholders receive appropriate Seveso-related training and maintain the required competencies. /ppThe position reports to the Head of HSE. /ph3You will be responsible for /h3pbTraining Competence Management /b /pulliDevelop and maintain the Site HSE Training Matrix. /liliDefine HSE competency requirements for all site roles. /liliCoordinate mandatory HSE training programs in compliance with legal and corporate requirements. /liliManage contractor HSE induction and qualification processes. /liliSupport onboarding activities for new employees and external personnel. /liliCoordinate emergency response training and drills. /liliPromote HSE awareness campaigns and behavioural safety initiatives. /li /ulpbLearning Management System /b /pulliManage the HSE Learning Management System. /liliMaintain training records and competency documentation. /liliMonitor training completion, compliance and effectiveness through KPIs. /liliCoordinate periodic refresher training. /liliSupport the development of digital and e-learning training solutions. /li /ulpbHSE Management System /b /pulliDevelop, implement and maintain the Site HSE Management System. /liliDraft, review and periodically update HSE procedures, standards, guidelines and work instructions. /liliCoordinate document lifecycle management within the corporate document management platform (e.g. Veeva). /liliEnsure HSE documentation complies with Corporate Standards, GMP expectations and applicable legislation. /liliPromote standardization of HSE processes across the site. /liliSupport implementation of HSE digital workflows and document approval processes. /liliDevelop and maintain the Seveso training and competency programme in accordance with applicable legislation and corporate standards. /liliCoordinate training related to Major Accident Prevention Policy (MAPP), Safety Management System (SMS) and Emergency Response. /liliEnsure personnel involved in safety-critical activities maintain the required competencies. /liliSupport emergency exercises and drills related to Major Accident scenarios. /liliCollaborate with the Process Safety Seveso Specialist to ensure training programmes reflect current hazards, risk assessments and operational changes. /li /ulpbGovernance Assurance /b /pulliSupport implementation and continuous improvement of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 management systems. /liliSupport internal, corporate and external audits. /liliCoordinate HSE Management Review inputs related to training and management systems. /liliMonitor corrective and preventive actions related to management system findings. /liliDevelop and monitor HSE Training and Management System KPIs. /li /ulpbCross-functional Collaboration /b /pulliWork closely with HR, Engineering, Operations, Quality and Corporate HSE. /liliSupport commissioning,
operational readiness and organizational growth through effective competence development and standardized HSE processes. /liliPromote a proactive HSE culture across the organization. /li /ulh3You will need to have /h3ulliDegree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Safety or other relevant scientific disciplines. /liliExperience in HSE management within pharmaceutical, chemical or manufacturing environments. /liliExperience in developing and managing training programs. /liliKnowledge of Learning Management Systems. /liliKnowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 management systems. /liliFamiliarity with electronic document management systems (e.g. Veeva) is considered an advantage. /liliGood knowledge of Italian HSE legislation. /liliFluent Italian and English. /li /ulh3We would prefer for you to have /h3ulliStrong communication and facilitation skills. /liliExcellent organizational and project management capabilities. /liliAbility to develop and implement management systems. /liliExperience in document governance and process standardization. /liliStrong stakeholder management and influencing skills. /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement. /liliAbility to work effectively in cross-functional and project-based environments /li /ulh3Location /h3h3Compensation Range /h3pThe minimum salary for this role is € 39.000, aligned to our established salary framework.
