This role provides technical and application support services in accordance with contractual specifications and is integral to delivering high-quality engineering solutions to our client base. /p pIn this role you are responsible for /p ul liDeliver assigned project components on time and to agreed quality standards /li liIdentify issues and potential deviations from project scope and communicate them promptly /li liProvide regular progress updates to the Technical Lead and/or Project Manager, escalating problems as needed /li liActively collaborate with all members of the development team to ensure project cohesion /li liInstall and configure commercially available hardware and software products for customer deployments /li liResearch and gather information required to complete assigned technical tasks /li liDocument source code and draft technical documentation, including user manuals and developer guides /li liProvide remote technical support to customers under active maintenance contracts, including on-call coverage as defined in the on-call agreement /li liWhen traveling to customer sites, maintain complete documentation of work performed and associated expenses /li /ul h3What You Need to Be Successful /h3 ul liBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science,
