As CTS Project Manager you will be responsible for project delivery, profit loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources. /p pAs Project Manager - Climate Technology Solutions you will be responsible for: /p ul lidriving your team and engaging all supporting functions as needed to smoothly execute in compliance with the contractual commitments /li libeing the to-go person for project stakeholders and a guide to get opportunities out of challenges and unpredictable changes /li limaking sure that project financials, on-time delivery and quality excellence meet and exceed targets /li liaddressing and resolving any project related matters, from reporting status at all levels, to risks mitigation, to project close out. /li liacting as innovator,
creating execution models suitable of large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies /li liLeading efforts to create suitable execution models of unprecedented large EPC projects, including NPD content and partnerships with external companies. /li liCovering all project development phases including conceptual and FEEDs. Working to prepare suitable DORs for effectively working with partners, orchestrating collaboration initiatives with third parties and developing new processes to harmonize systems and procedures /li /ul h3To be successful in this role you will: /h3 ul liHave a degree in engineering and 3-years’ experience in Project Management, preferably for large EPCs companies /li liHave excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English with solid presentation skills. /li liHave an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills /li liBe proficient in managing project financials, including revenues, contribution margin and cash /li liHave a thorough knowledge of TC's glossary and dynamics, including contractual provisions, risks, claims and remedies management /li liHave good background in Gas Turbines, Steam Turbines, Compressor technologies as well as in energy transition technologies such hydrogen, carbon capture,
geothermal and energy storage /li liBe able to travel internationally to visit customers or Baker Hughes locations /li liHave a project management certification from accredited institute (eg.
