ppOxPlenty is an initiative tackling food waste that starts in the fields. Brought to life by a partnership between local non‑profit organisations Good Food Oxfordshire, Cherwell Collective and Oxford Food Hub. OxPlenty rescues surplus produce from local farms, processes it into long‑lasting ingredients, and delivers it to communities across Oxfordshire who need it most. /ppWe are looking for a Project Coordinator to support us in this initiative for a minimum of one day per week. The role requires flexibility and the capacity for this to increase during busy weeks when food levels increase with demand and supply.
