provide technical guidance and advocate for the customer. /li liEnsure AWS environments remain operationally healthy while reducing cost and complexity. /li liDevelop trusting relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and technical challenges. /li liDrive technical discussions regarding incidents, trade‑offs, and risk management using technical acumen and customer obsession. /li liConsult with a range of partners from developers through to C‑suite executives. /li liCollaborate with AWS Solutions Architects, Business Developers, Professional Services Consultants, and Sales Account Managers. /li liProactively find opportunities for customers to gain additional value from AWS with a bias for action. /li liProvide detailed reviews of service disruptions, metrics, and pre‑launch planning. /li liSolve a variety of problems across different customers as they migrate workloads to the cloud. /li liUplift customer capabilities by running workshops, training sessions, etc. /li /ul pYou’ll have plenty of opportunities to develop your technical, consulting and leadership skills. You’ll also have the chance to receive mentorship and gain AWS certifications. /p h3Basic Qualifications /h3 ul liFluency in Italian and English. /li li3+ years of technical engineering experience. /li liExperience operating and troubleshooting for one (1) of the following:
Compute / Storage / Networking / CDN / Databases / DevOps / Big Data and Analytics / Security / Applications Development in a distributed systems environment. /li liBachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Math/related discipline required, or 5 years of equivalent work experience. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liProfessional oral and written communication skills, presenting to an audience containing one or more decision makers. /li liHands‑on experience with AWS services and/or other cloud offerings. /li liTrack record in influencing management in technical, operational and strategic decisions. /li liInternal enterprise or external customer‑facing experience as a technical lead. /li liExperience with SaaS, multi‑tenant architectures and deployment automation is a plus. /li liExperience using generative AI tools to improve personal or team productivity. /li /ul pAmazon is an equal opportunities employer.
