We are looking for a high‑potential, hands‑on Business Controller to take full ownership of controlling and FP&A; activities for Politape Group, a recently acquired group within the Fedrigoni Self‑Adhesives BU. This is a key role in a post‑acquisition environment where accuracy, speed, and continuous improvement are critical.
Responsibilities

Own monthly closing, reporting, and variance analysis;
Ensure accuracy and reliability of financial data (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow);
Drive budgeting and forecasting processes;
Perform deep‑dive analysis on margins, costs, and operational KPIs;
Monitor and improve inventory and working capital;
Support cash flow analysis and tracking;
Work closely with plants and operations to ensure alignment between financials and industrial performance;
Identify and implement improvements in tools, processes,



and reporting quality.
Qualifications

4–6 years of experience in controlling, FP&A;, or consulting;
Experience in a fast‑paced or private equity environment is a strong plus;
Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail;
Hands‑on attitude: comfortable working on both transactional and analytical tasks;
Proactive and motivated, with a continuous improvement mindset;
Strong Excel / data skills (Power BI or similar tools is a plus);
Fluent in English and German (Italian is a plus);
Availability to travel frequently between HQ (Milan) and production sites in Germany. xlwpduy
