Responsibilities

- Reach the sales and production targets assigned to the clinic.
- Manage the relationship with patients from the first visit.
- Prepare quotes based on treatment plans devised by medical staff.
- Offer advice on available payment options, including financing.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in retail, B2C, and direct sales.
- Experience in roles such as Store Manager, team leader, or point of sale manager.
- Preferred experience in the dental, healthcare, or wellness sectors.
- Strong strategic planning skills and excellent time‑management.
- Strong orientation and drive to achieve objectives.
- Good relational skills and a positive, empathetic approach.




- Ability to work in a team.

Working Conditions

Location: Pescara and Orsogna.

Hours: Monday‑Friday, 35‑40 hours per week, shifts 9‑19:00.

Contract: CCNL Studi Professionali, Level 3; gross monthly salary of €1,706.37.

Duration: 6‑month fixed‑term contract, renewable.

Premio: 0.5% based on monthly revenue targets.
