Responsibilities

Lead the sales team and develop operations for power generation sales and marketing
Run and develop genset sales operations in the AGCO Power Finland and China factories
Build and execute sales strategy with the sales team, Sales Director and Business Director of power generation sales
Manage budgeting and reporting for power generation sales
Foster team spirit and build a collaborative culture
Develop and update sales processes with the team
Manage the NPS process
Qualifications





Proven ability to lead teams effectively and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities
Bachelor's degree holder
Technical or commercial education and experience in engine or electric technology
Previous experience in leading commercial teams is a plus
