To date, we have assisted hundreds of thousands of travelers navigate stressful travel disruptions. /b /p pbWe are currently expanding our network and looking for Freelance Passenger Support / Flyer Distributors (m/f/d) on an on-call basis at /bFiumicino International Airport /p pbThis is a non-sales role focused purely on information sharing, passenger support, and professional representation. /b /p h3Your Role Responsibilities: /h3 ulliWhen a significant flight disruption occurs (e.g., delays exceeding 3 hours), our operations team will contact you with all the details. /li /ul ulliRespond on Short Notice: Travel to the Fiumicino International Airport arrivals area when notified. /li /ul ulliInform Passengers: Distribute informational flyers to passengers of the affected flight and explain how FlightHelp can assist them. /li /ul ulliBe a Reassuring Presence: Communicate with passengers in a friendly, calm, and professional manner.
