The role ensures alignment with production plans, guarantees compliance with quality and safety standards, and drives continuous improvement across processes, people, and performance indicators. /p pThe position reports to the Plant Director and manages the production workforce within the assigned area. /p h3Your responsibilities will include: /h3 ul liYou will coordinate production activities in alignment with production plan, managing any deviations in collaboration with Planning. /li liYou will work closely with the Plant Director to identify and implement operational improvements and corrective actions. /li liYou will collaborate continuously with Technical Management, Planning, and Maintenance functions to ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. /li liYou will manage the human resources assigned to production, with a strong focus on motivation,



engagement, and professional development. /li liYou will support approval process for production-related purchase requests in line with operational needs. /li liYou will request and support supervision of maintenance interventions to ensure full efficiency of production assets. /li liYou will coordinate production teams, shift schedules, and cutting/programming activities. /li liYou will ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental procedures across all production activities. /li liYou will guarantee adherence to quality standards and support continuous training initiatives in collaboration with Quality Dept. /li liYou will actively participate in risk assessment activities related to health and safety in cooperation with HSE functions, focusing on equipment, machinery, and operational areas under your responsibility. /li /ul h3Key Responsibilities (performance focus): /h3 ul liEnsure full compliance with efficiency, quality, and delivery targets. /li liMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (Safety, Efficiency, Quality). /li liDrive motivation, engagement, and professional growth of the production team. /li liContribute to the prevention and continuous improvement of health and safety conditions in the workplace. /li /ul h3Who we are looking for:
