With the power of many curious minds, together we can solve the world’s most complex challenges and deliver more impact together. /p h3Role description /h3 pAs a Quantity Surveyor / Cost Manager, you have gained professional experience in cost management for engineering and construction projects, ideally within construction firms or engineering design and consultancy firms. /p pYou will have the opportunity to join the Cost Management team at Arcadis Italia, working alongside colleagues with different specialisms and levels of seniority, using specialist industry software in an international environment. /p h3Role accountabilities /h3 ul liPrepare preliminary and detailed cost estimates /li liCarry out preliminary cost estimates for various types of buildings and civil engineering works /li liPrepare reports and cost analyses for construction projects /li liCarry out economic and feasibility calculations for construction projects /li liExtract information and process data from databases /li /ul h3Qualifications Experience /h3 ul liAround 5 years of previous professional experience in cost estimation and control, gained through work experience and/or specialist study /li liA degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering or Architecture,
