We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Representative to develop our business in the Lazio, Abruzzo, Marche and Molise regions, managing existing customers while identifying new business opportunities within the Retail channel. /pp Key Job Role and Responsibilities /pulli Conduct regular store visits across the assigned regions of Lazio and Abruzzo. /lili Monitor competitors' products, pricing and promotional activities, take photos during store visits and submit regular store visit reports. /lili Inspect and maintain TP-Link product displays to ensure compliance with merchandising standards. /lili Support the Retail Team in implementing in-store merchandising activities to improve product visibility and sales performance.



/lili Build and maintain good relationships with store managers and retail staff. /lili Participate in product training sessions for retail staff and support local retail events when required. /li /ulp Desired Skills and Experience /pulli Minimum 1-2 years of field sales experience, preferably in the IT, networking, telecommunications or security industry. /lili Experience managing retail channel is highly preferred. /lili Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. /lili Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work independently. /lili Willingness to travel frequently throughout Lazio and Abruzzo. /lili Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). /lili Bachelor's degree is preferred. /lili Good English communication skills (spoken and written). /lili Valid driving lice /li /ul /p
