Develop the Digital Signage business in the Italian markets, driving TCL’s growth in the B2B segment through opportunity identification, key account management, channel development, and execution of commercial strategies. Main Responsibilities brBusiness Development: Identify and capture new opportunities in sectors such as retail, education, transportation, hospitality, and corporate. brKey Account Management: Build strong relationships with integrators, distributors, VARs, and end customers. brChannel Strategy: Design and implement channel strategies to maximize market coverage and penetration. brMarket Analysis: Monitor trends, competition, and customer needs to adapt TCL’s offering.



brTraining and Support: Support technical and commercial training sessions for partners and clients. brBrand Representation: Participate in trade shows, events, and presentations as a TCL ambassador in the B2B segment. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields. brMinimum of 6 years’ experience in B2B commercial roles within Digital Signage, AV, or IT. brDeep understanding of the integrator, distributor, and manufacturer ecosystem in Italy. brFluent in Italian and English. xrdbqlu brWillingness to travel frequently within the region.
