ppTXT e-Tech Srl, part of the TXT Group, is looking for a bSoftware Engineer /b to join innovative projects in the bAerospace Defence /b sector, focused on the development of advanced bHuman-Autonomy Teaming /b systems. /p h3Main Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine functional and logical architectures for Human-Autonomy Teaming systems. /li liModel interactions between operators, software systems, and autonomous functionalities. /li liDefine levels of autonomy, responsibility allocation, and decision-making authority between humans and systems. /li liDesign transition, supervision, authorization, and override mechanisms. /li liEnsure traceability between requirements, system architecture, and software implementation. /li liDerive low-level software requirements from system models. /li liContribute to the development and validation of advanced algorithms for aerospace and defence applications. /li liCollaborate with multidisciplinary teams throughout the entire product development lifecycle. /li /ul h3Required QualificationsEducation /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation Engineering, or an equivalent field. /li /ul h3Mandatory Technical Skills /h3 ul liExperience in software architecture design. /li liStrong knowledge of Python. /li liGood knowledge of C++. /li liExperience in developing decision-making algorithms. /li liExperience with Machine Learning frameworks, preferably PyTorch. /li liExperience in software testing, integration, and validation activities. /li /ul h3Preferred Technical Skills /h3 ul liExperience in the Aerospace Defence sector.
