/liliConfident handling of common IT tools and SAP. /li /ulh3EDUCATION BACKGROUND /h3ulliBachelor’s degree in technical disciplines (Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering). /liliSeveral years of experience in managing complex projects within globally operating metalworking/engineering companies. /liliPrevious experience in the battery production sector (battery industry) is highly preferred. /li /ulh3YOUR COMPETENCIES /h3ulliEffective communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience preparing materials for senior leadership and large audiences. /liliStructured thinking with the ability to translate insights into actionable plans. /liliExperience in changing management and working in matrixed environments. /liliAbility to structure projects, processes, and ways of working that support strategic execution and implemented change. /liliAbility to work in a team and strong problem-solving skills. /liliGood ability to manage priorities and resources. /liliStrong interpersonal skills, resilience, flexibility, determination, assertiveness, and a high degree of operational autonomy. /liliWillingness to travel internationally. /liliFluency in English; knowledge of German is considered a plus. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
