ppbSegula Technologies /b is looking for onebAutomotive CAD Senior Designer /bto join our team and support an important Client. /p pThe candidate should have at least 10 years of professional experience, including prior experience with an Automotive OEM or Tier 1 supplier in component and system development, with a proven track record of successfully meeting their responsibilities. /p pSpecifically, it is mandatory to have a relevant technical experience on at least one of these 4 specific areas: /p ol liUpperbody and Closures /li liExternal Trims /li liInteriors /li liMechatronics /li /ol h3Key Responsibilities /h3 pCoordinate and manage the technical activities of an international cross-functional team, in order to secure the components and systems official release /p pSupport the building of the CAD physical models of the vehicle and their sub-systems /p pMaturate the CAD models adjusting the architecture, feasibility,



materials and thicknesses based on the validation feedback /p pGuarantee the correct release of the CAD data into the customer Teamcenter /p pProvide technical documentation drawings and participate to reviews of designed systems /p pDefine and achieve the technical scope for each system, ensuring that it meets all legal requirements and project specification targets /p pDrive the Engineering Change Management process /p pSupport the physical build phases and drive the problem solving process for engineering and quality issues. /p pManage suppliers with a cross-functional team of Engineering, Quality, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and the other OEM Business Unit involved in the process /p pUnderstanding of the design, weight, cost, and quality constraints of various materials used within the scope and their manufacturing processes /p pExecute and present the project reports to management and customers /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
