In this context, you know how to drive Problem Resolution Processes, with high focus in basic techniques like DMAIC. /liliLead and support change projects, plan and schedule work packages together with departments and managers as well as individual project teams. /liliPromote a culture of continuous improvement and attention to inefficient work arounds by building skills within Alfa Laval Adriatic (e.g. lean training courses, Kaizen events, coaching of superiors and project managers) and as a mediator of change /liliMonitor results, track deadlines and priorities of the organization's project portfolio,
