ph3Job Purpose/Role /h3 pReporting to the Property Team Leader, you will be in charge of developing and executing the strategy for the Property Liability risks into the Italian market. You will be the contact person for selected agents working with the Mid-Corporate team, supporting them in the business development. You will also support the local strategy to ensure the successful achievement of the Allianz Mid Corporate targets. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liEnsure underwriters comply with underwriting authority, pricing and rating guidelines. /li liSteer and control the portfolio at local level to drive the achievement of financial targets. /li liProactively liaise with functional areas to review performance of end-to-end underwriting life cycle. /li liWork closely with Sales departments, Claims and other product lines to achieve key marketing strategies, including cross-selling. /li liEnsure underwriting consistency and underwriting discipline and adherence to all corporate guidelines and authority levels, including Rules and Principles, Underwriting Authorities, corporate governance rules and local regulatory framework. /li liProactively support the development and implementation of new and/or modified products /li liSupport the acquisition of new business and retention of existing business (including agent and broker negotiations) /li liCommunicate local business strategy externally /li /ul h3Key Requirements/Skills/Experience /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering or Economics or Law /li li4-8 years proven experience in underwriting profitable Property including both PD/BI and Theft and Liability business for Corporate Clients. /li liPreference if also experienced in Multinational clients. /li liProven leadership skills /li liExpertise in risk assessment and a firm understanding of policy administration life cycle. /li liSound knowledge of pricing, together with strong market analysis skills /li liIdeally experience in designing, developing,



and implementing consistent and robust wordings /li liIdeally experience in driving underwriting projects /li liEntrepreneurial mindset /li liStrong communication skills /li liAble to work in an international organization. /li liFluent in Italian English (both written and spoken) /li liVery good knowledge in Office 365 and other collaborative tools /li liData Reporting /li /ul pPursuant to Article 5(1) of Legislative Decree No. 96 of 7 May 2026, as amended and supplemented from time to time, the range applicable to the position offered is between € 40.000,00 gross and € 50.000,00 gross. Employment will be subject to the terms and conditions set forth in the National Collective Labor Agreement for Insurance Companies and the applicable Company Agreement.
