ppThe bSenior Project Manager /b is responsible for the end-to-end management of complex international projects related to industrial control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA, MES). This role ensures the successful delivery of projects in terms of scope, schedule, cost, and quality, while meeting customer expectations and company objectives. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liManage complex international projects from kick-off through to final delivery (engineering, procurement, commissioning) /li liPlan, monitor, and control project scope, schedule, costs, risks, and quality /li liLead and coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, software, hardware, commissioning, supply chain) /li liAct as the primary point of contact for international clients, stakeholders, and partners /li liOversee the design and implementation of control systems (DCS, ESD, PLC, SCADA) /li liEnsure compliance with technical, contractual, and regulatory requirements /li liManage change orders, claims, and contractual aspects of projects /li liOrganize and lead project review meetings (internal and customer-facing) /li liMonitor project KPIs and provide regular reporting to senior management /li liIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks /li liCoordinate FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and SAT (Site Acceptance Test) /li liSupervise site activities, commissioning, and system start-up /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 h3Education /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Automation, Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering, or related fields) /li liProject Management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
