and Commercial teams to ensure evidence meets payer needs /liliServe as SME for Value Access and HEOR, guiding strategic decisions across the organization /liliSupport pipeline planning by assessing future market access requirements and shaping global development strategies /liliLead and contribute to strategic market access projects while upholding Kyowa Kirin values /li /ulh3Responsabilità /h3ulliAdvanced degree in Health Sciences, Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related field; PhD and/or postgraduate qualifications in Market Access, HEOR, or Business preferred /liliSignificant experience in pharmaceutical Market Access, Pricing Reimbursement, Government Affairs, or HEOR with a track record of successful access outcomes /liliDeep understanding of reimbursement systems, health economics, pricing strategies, and payer decision‑making /liliProven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive cross‑functional collaboration in complex environments /liliStrong commercial acumen, strategic thinking, and project leadership skills /liliExperience developing HEOR evidence and supporting market access submissions /liliFluent in English and local cluster language; additional languages are an advantage /liliExisting network within healthcare authorities and payer organizations is highly desirable /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
