Your mission is to maximize customer satisfaction while creating new commercial opportunities throughout the machine lifecycle. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liBuild and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and service partners /li liBecome the primary commercial contact for customers regarding aftermarket services /li liPromote ESAB service contracts, spare parts, wear parts, upgrades, and retrofit solutions /li liIdentify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads for Sales /li liCoordinate and schedule Field Service Engineers and external service partners /li liPrepare and follow up service quotations until purchase order /li liSupport Life Cycle Management activities by engaging customers throughout the lifetime of their equipment /li liMonitor machine obsolescence and proactively recommend upgrade solutions /li liWork closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience /li liMaintain accurate CRM data,
