pIn this role you will support the development, implementation, and maintenance of Environmental, Health, and Safety programs at Crown Packaging Italy. You will ensure compliance with local, national, and company EHS standards while promoting a safe work environment. You will work with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in EHS performance and training. This is an opportunity to shape safety culture and enforce strong regulatory practices in a manufacturing setting. /pulliDevelop, implement, and improve EHS management systems (hazard communication, lockout/tagout, confined spaces, emergency preparedness) /liliConduct EHS inspections, audits, and risk assessments /liliInvestigate EHS incidents and near-misses; determine root causes and corrective actions /liliPrepare and submit EHS reports to stakeholders and regulators /liliMonitor EHS performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities /liliEnsure compliance with D.Lgs. 81/08 and D.Lgs.
