ph3PRODUCTION MANAGER /h3pOur client, an international industrial manufacturing group serving highly demanding markets, is seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead and transform its production operations at a strategically important site in Italy. /ppReporting directly to the Site Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and continuous improvement, while leading a skilled manufacturing workforce through a phase of performance enhancement and operational development. /ph3The Role /h3pAs bProduction Manager /b, you will be responsible for defining, planning, and optimizing the human and material resources required to achieve production targets in line with safety, quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Working closely with all internal functions and interfacing with suppliers and customers, you will ensure the efficient execution of manufacturing operations while fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliPlan, organize, and oversee manufacturing operations in accordance with customer requirements and delivery schedules. /liliEnsure bOn-Time Delivery (OTD) /b while maintaining the highest quality standards. /liliCoordinate activities across the Group's manufacturing sites to optimize production flow and resource utilization. /liliLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, lead-time reduction, and cost optimization. /liliPromote and deploy Group standard methodologies, best practices, and operational excellence tools. /liliDevelop and strengthen team capabilities to ensure reliable production of complex products. /liliProvide daily leadership and direction to production teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives.



/liliSupport employee engagement and participate in workplace safety discussions with employee representatives. /liliContribute to the implementation and development of the site's ERP platform (bOdoo /b) for production planning, scheduling, and reporting. /liliMonitor, analyze, and report operational KPIs including: /liliOn-Time Delivery (OTD) /liliLabor productivity /liliScrap and rework rates /liliProduction efficiency /liliActively contribute to the site's performance turnaround and long-term operational improvement strategy. /li /ulh3Key Accountabilities /h3ulliGuarantee safe manufacturing operations across the production environment. /liliEnsure compliance with all quality standards, company procedures, and health safety regulations. /liliDrive operational excellence and manufacturing performance within the production area. /liliFoster a positive, collaborative, and high-performance workplace culture. /liliEnsure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements. /liliDeliver measurable improvements in direct and indirect labor productivity, reducing gaps versus Group and industry benchmarks. /li /ulh3Technical Skills /h3h3Technical Professional Qualifications /h3ulliTechnical or Engineering background. /liliProven experience in a Production Management role within a manufacturing environment. /liliStrong leadership and people management skills. /liliSolid knowledge of Continuous Improvement methodologies, including:
