ph3Factory Quality Manager - Levissima Plant /h3 pbPosition snapshot: /b /p ul liPermanent contract(full-time) /li liAt least 5-7 years of experience in Quality roles, with demonstrated capability to lead a team in complex environments and management exposure to several functions /li liDegree in microbiology, chemistry, food science technology, food engineering or related fields /li liNestlé welcomes people with disabilities /li liFluent in both Italian and English /li liCompensation package: CCNL Industria Alimentare, livello Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary: €60.000,00 + 10% annual premio based on company performance /li /ul pbPosition Summary /b /p pIn this role, as a Factory Quality Manager, you will: /p ul liAct as a catalyst and pathfinder, partnering with other functions to ensure trust and consumer preference improvements through appropriate actions and resources; /li liDevelop autonomy, empower and engage people to build a high-performing organization that drives standards and continuous improvement, with the aim of being best in class; /li liEnsure that products are released on time and in compliance with internal and external requirements; /li liChallenge other functions to drive and ensure right-first-time execution, product defect elimination, proper risk management and risk-based decision-making, as well as continuous improvement; you will also be the guardian of food safety and compliance at the factory, providing leadership and support in achieving business objectives. /li /ul pYou will report to the Factory Manager and manage a team of 10 people. /p pbA day in the life of a Factory Quality Manager /b /p pb-Assure Food Safety and Compliance: /b /p ul liResponsible for adherence to all Company Quality principles and policies,
as well as local laws and regulations; /li liResponsible for compliance with food safety and external requirements (national and international); /li liResponsible for ensuring that factory food safety management systems and HACCP programs are implemented and maintained; /li liResponsible for factory laboratory operations and compliance, including personnel safety, equipment availability, and technician training; /li liEnsure adherence to good hygienic practices in the factory; /li liEnsure the factory pest management program is implemented and compliant; /li liCollaborate with other functions to set up, manage, enforce and maintain the Management System. /li /ul pb-Strive for Zero Defects No Waste at the Factory /b /p ul liLead quality failure analyses and initiatives to eliminate defects; /li liEnsure the timely release of finished products; /li liPromote and support the cross-fertilization of manufacturing excellence best practices, knowledge, standards, and improvements; /li liPromote the sharing of best practices; /li liLiaise with other departments, functions, Application Groups, and the Business to drive continuous improvement. /li /ul pb-Ensure Consistency /b /p ul liSupport the Idea to Launch process; /li liCollaborate with other functions to drive improvements in the manufacturing of products that consistently deliver consumer preference.
