The role requires at least 5 years of relevant experience, fluency in English, and a strong background in project management and reporting within a laboratory environment. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Laboratory Activities Best Practices /h3 ul liConduct and oversee laboratory experiments and analyses related to food applications, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. /li liApply and promote best practices in lab operations, including equipment maintenance, sample preparation, and adherence to GMP and ISO standards. /li liMaintain accurate and detailed laboratory records, including electronic notebooks and documented reports. /li /ul h3Lab Analysis Scientific Assessment /h3 ul liPerform advanced microbiological analysis using techniques such as microbial enumeration, pathogen detection, aseptic culturing, challenge testing, and interpretation of microbiological stability and safety data. /li liDesign and execute experiments to assess food safety, nutritional value, and product quality. /li liInterpret and report results clearly, ensuring traceability and validity of data. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related field. PhD preferred. /li liMinimum 5 years of laboratory experience in food applications and microbiological expertise.
