Must be based in bItaly /b. /p pbTYPE OF CONTRACT: /b Permanent contract / full-time /p pbREPORTING TO: /b Revenue Manager /p h3What you’ll do: /h3 ul libOwn the global portfolio visibility and performance tracking /b, ensuring every WeRoad itinerary is monitored for sales, conversion, fill rate, and margin performance across all markets and product categories (TO and WRX). /li libRun portfolio analyses /b to identify which itineraries to scale, optimize, or kill, using data-driven insights on demand, profitability, reviews, and customer interest. /li libMonitor and evaluate competitive offerings /b, leveraging AI-based benchmarking tools to compare itineraries, prices, and product positioning against top competitors and emerging players. /li libAnalyze market trends and traveler behavior /b to detect shifts in customer preferences, uncover gaps in the current portfolio, and identify new product development opportunities. /li libAssess the depth and balance of the offering /b, ensuring that WeRoad maintains the right mix of destinations, durations, price ranges, and travel moods while minimizing stock-out risk and operational inefficiencies. /li libSupervise offering planning and availability /b, verifying that all suppliers and internal teams confirm services and departures in line with forecasted demand for the next 18–24 months. /li libCollaborate with the Revenue Manager and Supply Managers /bto align portfolio management with demand forecasting and contracting strategies, ensuring cohesion between commercial, supply, and market goals.



/li libAct as the central voice of portfolio health /b in Monthly Business Reviews, providing performance insights, competitor signals, and recommendations on new itinerary testing or deactivation. /li libExperiment with AI /bto continuously improve our analytical capabilities and automation for enhancing speed and precision in portfolio decision-making. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for: /h3 ul liMaster's degree in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics or related field. /li liAI Native knowledge of pricing, revenue, offering, competitor benchmarking. /li liA data-savvy and analytically strong professional who combines quantitative reasoning with strategic intuition, capable of reading numbers and translating them into actionable insights. /li li1 or 2 years of experience in Portfolio or product performance analysis, ideally within travel, e-commerce, or marketplace environments where assortment management and pricing optimization are key. /li liSolid understanding of supply-demand dynamics, customer segmentation, and lifecycle performance of products or experiences. /li liHands-on with tools and data: proficient in Excel/Sheets, SQL, BI dashboards, and able to work with AI-based or automation tools for benchmarking and forecasting. /li liCurious about travel trends and consumer behavior, with a genuine interest in how destinations, formats, and itineraries evolve over time. /li liStrong cross-functional collaborator, able to partner with Supply, Revenue Management, Product, and Commercial teams. /li liA problem solver and storyteller, capable of turning analysis into clear narratives and business decisions. /li liFluency in English. /li /ul h3You will love working at WeRoad if: /h3 ul liYou dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn’t think possible.
