The role is responsible for the timely and efficient sourcing of hydraulic, pneumatic and steering systems for our leading agricultural company. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Sourcing Management /h3 ul liManage procurement of medium‑to‑high‑complexity components for European plants, covering hydraulic, pneumatic, and steering systems within the Mechanical commodity group. /li liCoordinate the external company in charge of purchase requisition and sourcing activity, monitoring KPIs such as ageing and purchase requisition backlog. /li liLead tactical and strategic activities related to the purchase of critical production parts. /li liSupport new product launch initiatives while developing and implementing cost‑reduction and sourcing strategies to improve quality, technology and delivery performance. /li liForecast and report economic savings performance, negotiate price reductions and long‑term agreements, conduct market tests,
and award new business to maximize leverage. /li liAnalyze various reports to capture opportunities and drive improvements. /li /ul h3Relationship Management (Supply Base) /h3 ul liAct as supply/base champion and resolve supply base issues. /li liHandle product cost disputes, invoicing issues, quality concerns and delivery delays. /li liConduct contract negotiations, long‑term purchasing agreements, master supply agreements, and raw material indexation agreements. /li liOversee warranty agreements, co‑development agreements, non‑disclosure agreements and compliance agreements. /li /ul h3Experience Required /h3 ul liShort/Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or Finance (preferred). /li liFluent English. /li liExcellent knowledge of Excel and the Office package. /li liRelevant product/commodity knowledge and understanding of the local supplier market. /li liMinimum 3 years’ experience in a similar position. /li /ul h3Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liNegotiation skills to achieve results. /li liAbility to work under pressure. /li liExcellent organizational and communication skills. /li liAbility to independently make decisions that affect the team. /li liGood team work orientation and sense of initiative. /li /ul h3Pay Transparency /h3 pThe annual salary for this role is €46,800–€52,000 plus any applicable premio.
