Requisition ID: 6221- Location: Roma, IT- Company: ANGELINI PHARMA SPA- Professional area: Engineering, Production, Quality- Job Description: - We have an opportunity for a **Global Quality System Specialist**. Activities: - Quality Management System for all Angelini product categories;
- Training process management and set up/recording of training sessions on global standards and procedures in SAP Success Factor;
- Management and distribution of global documentation to Global Functions and Affiliates and Plants quality functions
- Collection and trending of quality relevant KPIs /metrics;
- Preparation and follow-up activities relevant to Quality Management Reviews;
- Report or escalate potential quality compliance risks to the Line Manager;
- Manage NC, CAPA, change control, complaints, escalation records and risk assessment activities relevant to Quality Management System processes in Trackwise system;
- Collaborate with Global Quality, Affiliates and Plants quality functions for improving the QMS maturity level;
- Supporting in the implementation and administration of information systems supporting Quality Management Systems processes;
- Promote continuous improvements and share best practices,



ensuring that quality activities are carried out in compliance with company global quality arrangements and procedures;
- Represent the Global Quality System function at internal cross-functional meetings and presentations, promote quality culture. **Requirements**: - Working in Quality department; experiences also in Quality Control and Manufacturing are a plus; 1-2 years’ experience in quality environment;
- Proven and extensive experience in the management of Trackwise, Documentum Q&M;, SAP Success Factor, SAP ECC; Master Data Management;
- Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel spreadsheets including macro set up, Power Point with overall good IT skills;
- Strong attitude to innovation, including automation of QMS processes driven by information systems;
- Ability to provide professionally presented, accurate reports and documentation, eye for detail, results orientation;
- Ability to liaise with staff at all levels and Team playing;
