The role drives project governance, prepares decision‑making materials, analyzes manufacturing processes across sites, and ensures effective communication and alignment among international stakeholders, contributing to the continuous improvement and strategic development of the Harvesting manufacturing network. /ph3Your Impact /h3ulliManage global initiatives using standardized plans, milestones, risk logs, and reporting; lead cross‑functional coordination; prepare charters, KPIs, dashboards; facilitate meetings and ensure documentation, tracking, and standardization. /liliAssist leadership in plant network strategy; consolidate performance data; prepare executive presentations, decision papers, and analyses; organize key reviews, workshops, and executive visits. /liliSupport CI initiatives by coordinating workshops, tracking benefits, and consolidating inputs; drive digital manufacturing adoption through training, communication, and progress tracking. /liliDevelop structured reports and updates; ensure alignment across global stakeholders; foster collaboration through clear communication, follow‑ups, and transparency.
