ppAs bMaintenance Manager /b, you will lead the maintenance function of one of our main manufacturing plant in Italy, ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and continuous improvement of production and facility equipment. You will lead the maintenance team, manage maintenance budgets, and contribute to continuous improvement and modernization projects, ensuring compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements. /p h3What You Will Do /h3 ul liLead and coordinate all maintenance activities, including preventive, predictive, corrective, emergency,
and extraordinary maintenance /li liEnsure the reliability and efficiency of production and facility equipment, minimizing downtime and operational disruptions /li liDevelop and implement maintenance plans, procedures, and performance monitoring systems /li liIdentify equipment reliability issues, prioritize interventions, and allocate resources effectively /li liManage spare parts inventory and coordinate external suppliers and technical service providers /li liLead plant modernization and technological improvement initiatives aligned with business strategy /li liOversee plant modifications and layout changes, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets /li liMonitor maintenance KPIs, analyze performance trends, and drive continuous improvement actions /li liEnsure compliance with safety procedures, legal requirements, inspections, certifications, and regulatory obligations /li liManage the maintenance budget and support cost optimization initiatives /li liResearch and evaluate new technologies, equipment, and maintenance best practices /li liLead, coach, and develop the maintenance team, fostering a culture of accountability, safety, and operational excellence /li /ul h3About You /h3 ul liTechnical degree or Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related fields) /li liAt least 5 years of experience in a similar maintenance leadership role within a manufacturing environment /li liExperience managing maintenance teams and coordinating external contractors and suppliers /li liStrong knowledge of maintenance methodologies, equipment reliability, and industrial plant operations /li liExperience in maintenance planning, budgeting, and performance management /li liKnowledge of health, safety, and regulatory requirements applicable to industrial facilities /li liStrong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills /li liAbility to collaborate effectively with Production, Engineering,
