The successful candidate will work closely with the Project Team and the HSE Manager to ensure compliance with applicable regulations, company procedures, and HSE standards. The role involves supporting the operational monitoring of construction activities, managing non-conformities, and promoting a strong safety culture across the project. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliCarry out regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with HSE requirements. /liliSupport the HSE Manager in implementing health, safety, and environmental procedures and processes. /liliIdentify non-conformities, unsafe conditions, and potential risks, ensuring that corrective actions are implemented and monitored. /liliVerify the correct implementation of preventive and protective measures by contractors and subcontractors. /liliSupport the management and maintenance of project HSE documentation. /liliAssist in organizing and recording HSE training and awareness activities for site personnel. /liliParticipate in internal audits and operational inspections related to Health, Safety Environment. /liliSupport the project team in operational risk assessments and continuous improvement initiatives.
