ppThe Systems Processes Specialist is responsible for analysing, optimizing, and maintaining processes and methods within Technology Digital. /ppThe role ensures that processes are efficient, compliant, well-documented, and aligned with business goals. This position collaborates with Technology Digital teams and the Quality System to identify improvement opportunities, implement standardized workflows, and support digital transformation initiatives. /ppIn addition, the role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders. The ability to engage, influence, and align diverse functions, facilitate constructive discussions, and clearly communicate methodologies and process changes is key to ensuring successful adoption and continuous improvement. /ph3ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES /h3pThe role focuses on analyzing, defining, and continuously improving business processes and ways of working across the organization, identifying inefficiencies and opportunities to enhance performance, consistency, and alignment with business objectives. It involves designing and implementing optimized methodologies that can be effectively adopted across teams and projects, ensuring a coherent and standardized approach while remaining adaptable to different contexts. /ppThe position contributes to the planning, coordination, and execution of process improvement initiatives, in close alignment with business needs. It supports the definition of priorities, monitors progress, and helps identify risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions to ensure successful implementation and measurable outcomes.
/ppA key aspect of the role is the development and maintenance of clear, practical, and accessible process documentation, including workflows, procedures, and guidelines, ensuring usability and adoption by all stakeholders. /ppThe role also facilitates cross-functional workshops and process-mapping activities, promoting collaboration, alignment, and shared understanding across engineering teams and other functions. /ppStrong interpersonal and communication skills are essential: the role requires the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders, clearly explain methodologies and changes, actively listen to feedback, and manage resistance. The capability to influence without authority, foster constructive dialogue, and build trust is critical to ensure alignment and drive adoption of new ways of working. /ppIn addition, the role supports and drives change management initiatives related to the introduction of new processes and methodologies, including communication, training, documentation, and onboarding activities, helping the organization adopt new practices in a structured and sustainable way. /ppOverall, the position combines process excellence with a strong project-oriented mindset and a people-centric approach,
