Integrated Accounting and Compliance Analyst

In this role, you support accurate monthly reporting and legal compliance across Barilla’s integrated accounting processes. You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely trial balance production and high-quality data for internal reporting. The role focuses on governance, process standardization, and tax controls within a global food group. You will engage with local stakeholders and auditors, contributing to a reliable financial backbone for decision-making.

- Analyze and release monthly trial balance for EASSC entities to ensure local and Barilla GAAP compliance
- Perform general ledger entries and reconciliations to support month-end close and data quality for reporting
- Execute tasks in integrated accounting processes to maintain high service levels
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and established accounting principles and procedures




- Support cross-team accountability within Integrated Accounting processes
- Assist the Integrated Accounting Manager with standardization and improvement projects focused on automation and simplification
- Support local stakeholders to ensure timely and correct application of accounting processes and procedures
- Provide timely support to local teams, auditors, and Tax Department with reporting requests and data integrity
- Apply Tax Control Framework guidelines and controls, maintaining live and effective principles
- University degree in Economics or equivalent
- 1 year of experience in similar environments
- Fluency in Italian and English
- Knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Analytical approach and data accuracy
- Good communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders
- Team player with ability to build solid relationships
