**Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Board Member (m/w/d) In this role, you oversee Accounting, Reporting, Controlling, Treasury, M&A;, IT, and Legal Services for the entire Dr.Schär Group and ensure the proper commercial execution of business operations. As a board member, reporting to the CEO, you represent the company with your fellow board members, sharing the ultimate responsibility for the long-term strategy of the company.
- Your responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic company goals jointly within the board
- Steer, direct and lead the global planning and reporting process to ensure data consistency and process implementation
- Standardize, improve and digitalize financial processes
- Plan and execute global expansion and integration projects




- Propose and implement continuous cost optimizations
- Conduct regular financial audits
- Ensure a stable organizational structure
- Guide, lead and develop the global finance team
- Oversee risk management across the group Your profile:
- Education/degree in Business Administration/Finance
- Extensive business and leadership experience in an internationally operating company with a complex matrix organization
- Experience in family-owned businesses
- Profound expertise in Accounting, Reporting, Controlling, Treasury, M&A;, as well as basic knowledge of international tax law and risk and insurance management
- Experience and enthusiasm for developing future-oriented processes and structures
- Analytical thinking, process and project management skills, with a strong ability to execute
