You'll work at the intersection of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, designing workflows, integrating tools, and leveraging AI to eliminate manual work, build internal intelligence and unlock better decision-making. /p pIf you're excited by APIs, automation, AI agents, data, and solving business problems with technology, this role is for you. /p h3What you’ll do /h3 ul liBuild and optimise the systems powering Cubbit's go-to-market engine. /li liDesign AI-powered workflows and automations that improve productivity across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships. /li liConnect tools through APIs, integrations, and no-code/low-code platforms to create seamless business processes. /li liTurn commercial data into actionable insights by building dashboards, reports, and performance metrics. /li liHelp maintain a clean, reliable, and scalable data architecture across our GTM stack. /li liExperiment with AI, LLMs, and emerging technologies to automate repetitive tasks and improve decision-making. /li liCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify bottlenecks and engineer scalable operational solutions.



/li liEvaluate, implement, and continuously improve new GTM technologies. /li /ul h3What you’ll need /h3 ul liA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). /li liStrong banalytical thinking /b and a passion for solving complex problems. /li liFamiliarity with APIs and how modern SaaS platforms exchange data. /li liCuriosity about AI, automation, and modern software ecosystems. /li liAbility to learn new technologies quickly and independently. /li liStrong communication skills and bfluency in English /b. /li libExperience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or other CRM platforms. /b /li liHands-on experience with automation platforms. /li libExperience with modern AI-native GTM tools such as Clay, n8n, Make, OpenAI APIs, and similar workflow automation platforms. /b /li liExperience using LLMs, AI agents, or prompt engineering to automate workflows. /li liFamiliarity with BI and analytics tools such as Metabase, Power BI, Looker Studio, or Tableau. /li liExperience working with SQL databases or data pipelines. /li liPersonal projects, hackathons, internships, or open-source contributions related to automation, AI, or software development. /li liExposure to B2B SaaS, RevOps,
