The PEM coordinates all the activities of the project. Will be responsible of the overall results of the project, in terms of safety, schedule, quality and economic results. He/she manages the project team to achieve the project goals. He/she represents the company towards the client. /p /brh3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 /brul /brliGuarantee the execution of the assigned project, from the design phase to procurement, construction and commissioning (where applicable) and further through the period of warranty until the final acceptance; ensuring the respect of the terms of contract and the management of risk, also with regards to insurance and financial aspects, in line with the previously determined targets, deadlines for execution and the required quality and safety levels; /li /brliEnsure the relations with the Clients and with the Partners during the execution of contracts, in order to guarantee an efficient fulfilment of the assigned project and to obtain Customer Satisfaction; /li /brliTo prepare and to discuss with the Head of Department, the project execution strategy and the project schedule and to guarantee its application during its whole life period. /li /brliTo define and to attain to, while coordinating and cooperating with the Project Leaders, the procedures, the guide lines, and the technical project’s standards. /li /brliTo check and manage the project amendments, focusing on minimizing project execution’s delays and costs.
