/li /ulh3Qualifications Experience /h3ulliProven experience within the medical device industry, preferably in minimally invasive surgery. /liliStrong clinical knowledge of surgical procedures and operating room practices. /liliPrevious experience supporting surgical staplers or other advanced surgical technologies is highly preferred. /liliDemonstrated experience providing intraoperative support to surgeons and clinical teams. /liliGood understanding of sales processes and procurement pathways in both public and private hospitals. /liliExperience working with international distributors is highly desirable. /liliStrong commercial mindset with the ability to influence purchasing decisions through clinical credibility and customer engagement. /liliExcellent communication, presentation, coaching, and interpersonal skills. /liliHighly autonomous, proactive, and comfortable working in a multicultural, international environment. /li /ulh3Language Requirements /h3ulliFluent English and Italian is mandatory. /liliAdditional European languages are considered an advantage. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
