Job Description Reporting to the Team Leader, the Electrical and Special Systems Designer will be responsible for the electrical design of industrial plants, special systems, and dedicated machinery for engine and vehicle testing systems. The role involves developing technical documentation, sizing electrical systems, and producing engineering deliverables while ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards. Responsibilities

- Electrical design of industrial plants, special systems, and machinery for testing systems.
- Preparation of technical design reports.
- Drafting of technical specifications and tender documentation.
- Preparation of cost estimates and bills of quantities.
- Development of single-line electrical diagrams.
- Creation of plant layouts and installation drawings.
- Execution of electrical calculations and system sizing.
- Performing lighting calculations.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable technical and safety standards and regulations.

Profile Description

- Degree in Electrical Engineering or Technical Diploma in Electrotechnics.




- Minimum 3 years of experience in the design of industrial electrical systems.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B1 level).
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of the main regulations and standards related to electrical systems, safety, and applicable Directives (Low Voltage, EMC, Machinery, and ATEX).
- Availability for short business trips within Italy and, occasionally, abroad.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive attitude, operational autonomy, and strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Knowledge and use of Progetto Integra software.
- Knowledge and use of DiaLux software.
- Knowledge and use of EPLAN P8.
- Knowledge and use of TNE software.
- Knowledge of Performance Level (PL) calculation software.
- Knowledge of PLC-based systems.
- Membership in a Professional Engineering Association/Order.
