Exciting opportunity for an **Accounts Assistant** to support the Global Finance team across Europe and USA, this role will be varied and will support Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and general accounting duties. **Responsibilities will include**: - Credit control
- Cash book maintenance
- Maintaining the company purchase, sales and general ledgers
- Bank reconciliation
- Supporting other reconciliations where needed (suppliers, accounts etc)
- Investigating and resolving issues
- Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers where needed
- Other general and fiscal administration tasks and all ad hoc requests as required
- Support the entire team in changing of IT management system. **Required Skills**: - Master’s degree in economic studies
- Proficient English level (French is an advantage)
- You must be tenacious, with a good eye for detail and a willingness to see things through
