ph3ABOUT THE TEAM /h3 pWithin Customer Services, the bService Excellence Customer Advocacy /b department is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the quality of Aftersales activities, while also contributing to the future evolution of the Sales environment. New resources will be integrated primarily into the bService Quality /b area, within a dynamic and transversal organization strongly focused on quality improvement and operational excellence. The department enhances service quality by improving the processes implemented by dealers and repairers, supporting standardization, simplification, and effectiveness of daily operations. A key role is also played by the continuous development and enhancement of bportals, websites, and ICT tools /b used by dealers and repairers in their day‑to‑day activities, with the objective of increasing efficiency, reliability, and overall service quality. /p h3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3 ul liSupport the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects within the Service Excellence domain /li liHelp define project scope, objectives, milestones, and deliverables /li liContribute to the creation and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and documentation /li liCoordinate day‑to‑day project activities across business, operational, and ICT/Digital teams /li liTrack progress, dependencies, risks, and issues, proposing mitigation actions when needed /li liSupport governance activities by preparing project status updates and reportingFacilitate alignment meetings, workshops, and progress reviews /li liEnsure quality, readiness, and go‑live preparation of project deliverables /li liSupport change management and handover to operational teams /li liContribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of project management practices /li /ul h3WHO YOU ARE /h3 ul lib3–5 years of experience /b in project coordination, project management, operations, digital, or process‑related roles /li liUniversity degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or similar fields /li liExposure to bcross‑functional or multi‑stakeholder /bprojects /li liBasic knowledge of bproject management methodologies /band tools /li liFluent bEnglish /b(mandatory) /li liProject management certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) are a plus,
