ph3About The Role /h3 pbJob Summary: /b The Operational Quality Lead is responsible for leading and driving operational quality performance within the Co.Bo.T production facilities. The role ensures that products are manufactured, tested, inspected and delivered in accordance with customer requirements, applicable standards, engineering specifications and company procedures. The Operational Quality Lead works closely with Production, Engineering, Supply Chain and Project teams to drive quality performance, reduce defects, improve right-first-time manufacture and support a culture of operational excellence. /p h3Key Responsibilities: /h3 ul liPromote a culture of quality ownership and continuous improvement throughout manufacturing operations. /li liEnsure compliance with customer specifications, inspection requirements and internal quality procedures. /li liLead investigations into manufacturing non-conformances. /li liSupport Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives. /li liEnsure site compliance with: /li liul liISO 9001 /li liISO 14001 /li liISO 45001 /li liCustomer requirements /li liIndustry standards /li liInternal management system procedures /li /ul /li /ul h3Qualifications, Knowledge, Experience Skills: /h3 ul liHNC/HND or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing,
