In this role you will conduct AMR-focused product assessment audits across BSI’s certification schemes, ensuring clients follow responsible antibiotic manufacturing practices. You will work with cross-functional teams to deliver clear audit findings and actionable corrective actions, supporting account growth and service excellence. The position involves extensive travel across Europe and aims to advance AMR mitigation through rigorous certification. You will progress toward Lead Assessor status through a formal onboarding and training program, shaping how clients meet standards and improve safety.

Prepare assessment reports with clear findings and corrective actions
Recommend certificate issuance, renewal,
or withdrawal per policy
Manage nominated accounts and drive service delivery and growth
Plan and schedule audits to optimize time and revenue
Develop readiness for Lead Assessor status through onboarding and training
Coordinate client communication, visit scheduling, and travel plans; conduct assessments and report results
Minimum 2 years of relevant industry experience in Pharmaceutical, xlwpduy Chemical, Biotechnology, or similar regulated sectors
ISO 1401 auditing knowledge (Lead Auditor Certification highly desirable)
Experience in direct operational/technical work within these industries or related auditing activities
Exposure to functions such as Manufacturing, QC/QA, and EHS
Willingness to travel internationally and perform field-based audits
