Sales Assistant

Working within our at the flagship and contemporary stores, the role of sales assistant requires an in-depth knowledge of fabrics and the wearability of garments.



The in-store sales teams’ responsibility is to guide customers in choosing the best products to enhance their look based on their tastes and needs.
The sales team is also in charge of visual merchandising, keeping the stores tidy, ringing up sales, providing customer assistance and guiding the customer in their purchase choices.

Requiremen ts:
-> Ability to work in a team
-> Willingness to travel between the stores and offices
-> Flexibility and an open mind
-> Empathetic, with an ability to identify customer needs and requirements
-> Patience, good will and an interest in public relations
-> Extensive knowledge of the products being sold
-> Being tidy, organized and having the ability to handle multiple situations simultaneously
-> Minimum B2 proficiency in English
-> Sales experience in the luxury womenswear sector
