Inside “PDG Power Transistors Division”, as a member of PM Staff, this job has the accountability to manage the Programs/Projects execution from the New Product Proposal (NPP) through New Product Request (NPR), till MAT30; this ensuring start of production and matching sales opportunity in line with divisional strategy.

This function is also responsible for managing Strategic key Programs and Funded European Programs representing the Division organization at the international committees for program progress review.

The Project Manager acts with the goal of achieving the project objectives within the given constraints such as :

Functional and non-functional requirements,
Product profitability,
Quality compliancy,
Time to market
Development cost budget.

He/She is responsible for building and leading a solid Project Core Team as temporary organization, promoting trust and cooperation among the members, managing conflicts,



supporting appropriate risk management and problem solving processes to secure the project success.

He/She is also responsible for keeping right and fruitful relationship with internal and external stakeholders ensuring correct information reporting and effectiveness communication with divisional top management.

Profile

Engineering or Phisics Master Degree
Program/Project management techniques and tools know how,
ST Product Development process Flow and ST procedures knowledge,
Good excellent soft skills such as leadership, negotiation and communication
Strong attitude to work in team, to motivate people and to facilitate communication and negotiation processes
Excellent presentation skills
Business Fluent English
Experience in Process Audit management
PMI certification being an advantage
