As an Industrial Engineer, you will strengthen technical expertise while collaborating with Engineering and Production to drive quality, productivity, and layout optimization across production lines. You will advocate continuous improvement, automation, and efficient material and people flow, shaping line design and capacity planning. The role emphasizes cross-functional project leadership and data-driven optimization to reduce waste and improve key metrics. This position offers the chance to contribute to strategic production initiatives in a dynamic, international environment.

Design production lines with appropriate equipment and manpower to meet plans and optimize layout for material flow and labor productivity.
Identify opportunities to reduce waste and eliminate inefficiencies in production processes.
Simulate production line requirements and assess capacity.
Simplify tasks to maximize effectiveness, efficiency, and space utilization.
Coordinate and drive projects across departments with clear action plans.
Conduct time studies on production equipment.




Monitor and coordinate equipment movements within Malta production.
Develop equipment layouts to optimize flow of material, processes, people, and products.
Lead layout optimization with Production and Lean Engineers.
Provide line capacity data for planning/c costing systems and evaluate equipment needs for capacity investments.
Propose, drive, and monitor productivity improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with departments to improve OEE, MMR, and cycle time.
Apply automation concepts and act as key user of AnyLogic for simulations; present proposals to management. xlwpduy
Contribute to Line Automation, Real-Time Dispatching, and Future Inside projects.
Responsabilità

Master in Industrial Engineering
Proven Lean and 5S implementation experience
Methodical and analytical approach
Strong planning and project management skills
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to work independently
Strong communication, responsibility, maturity, and disciplined mindset
Experience in semiconductor manufacturing, parameter validation, and knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
