In this role you support diagnostic hardware systems and related peripherals to ensure high product performance and customer satisfaction. You work within a European service context, combining remote and on-site assistance to resolve complex hardware issues. You will deepen product knowledge, drive service improvements, and act as a technical bridge between customers and engineering. The position offers a chance to contribute to life‑science diagnostics while collaborating across a cross‑functional team. - Provide expert-level technical support for diagnostic hardware systems and peripherals




- Respond to customer inquiries via remote or on-site visits to escalate to local engineers as needed
- Maintain deep knowledge of the diagnostic hardware product line, including specifications and common issues
- Monitor support metrics to identify trends and opportunities for service efficiency and cost improvements

Responsabilità

- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support for hardware systems in diagnostics or medical devices
- Strong understanding of installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of diagnostic hardware
- Excellent problem‑solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex hardware issues
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Italian
