The Assistant Banquet Manager collaborates with the kitchen, sales, and front office teams to confirm event details, manage timelines, and respond to last-minute changes. Additional tasks include assisting with scheduling, training team members, monitoring costs, maintaining health and safety standards, and handling guest feedback to improve future events. /p h3Qualifications /h3 ul liCustomer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to ensure guests receive attentive, high-quality service throughout events.
