ppLa risorsa supporterà il team Qualità nella gestione dei reclami cliente, nel monitoraggio delle azioni correttive e nella raccolta delle evidenze necessarie per garantire una risposta efficace e tempestivo ai clienti. La risorsa avrà l'opportunità di acquisire competenze sui processi di qualità, problem solving e gestione delle non conformità in ambiente industriale. /p h3Principali attività /h3 ul liSupportare la registrazione e la classificazione e il monitoraggio dei reclami cliente. /li liAggiornare i database e i KPI relativi alle non conformità. /li liCollaborare con Produzione, Antenna tecnica, PM, Logistica e Supply Chain per la raccolta delle informazioni necessarie alle analisi. /li liSupportare la preparazione di report qualità e presentazioni per clienti. /li liMonitorare lo stato di avanzamento delle azioni correttive e preventive. /li liPartecipare alle attività di Root Cause Analysis /li liSupportare la preparazione della documentazione 8D. /li liVerificare la completezza della documentazione relativa ai reclami. /li liCollaborare alla definizione e all'aggiornamento delle procedure qualità. /li liSupportare l'analisi statistica dei dati relativi ai reclami e alle non conformità. /li /ul h3Competenze tecniche /h3 ul liBuona conoscenza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). /li liCapacità di analisi dati. /li liBuona conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata). /li liInteresse per i sistemi di gestione qualità e miglioramento continuo /li liConoscenza base delle metodologie 8D, 5 Why, FMEA (nice to have ) /li liConoscenza della norma ISO 9001.(nice to have ) /li liEsperienza universitaria o progettuale nell'analisi dati.(nice to have) /li /ul h3Soft skills /h3 ul liPrecisione e organizzazione. /li liAttitudine al problem solving. /li liCapacità di lavorare in team. /li liBuone capacità comunicative. /li liProattività e orientamento al risultato. /li liCapacità di gestire più attività contemporaneamente rispettando le scadenze. /li /ul pAt Schneider, we believe that every employee is a talent who deserves equal opportunities.
