This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about technology and fintech, and who excel at delivering exceptional customer service. As a representative, you will assist customers in managing their digital wallet accounts and addressing their inquiries in Italian.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage customer inquiries regarding digital wallet services, features, and account issues via phone, email, and chat in Italian.
- Provide detailed guidance on setting up and using digital wallet functionalities.
- Assist customers with security concerns, troubleshooting, and transaction inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively to ensure a positive user experience.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for consistency and follow-up.




- Collaborate with technical and operational teams to enhance service quality and resolve complex issues.
- Stay informed about industry developments and digital payment trends to provide informed support.

- Fluency in Italian (both written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Experience in customer service, preferably in the fintech or digital payment sector.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital transaction platforms is desirable.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and work flexible hours as necessary.
